We have been following up for the past month," the letter sent to the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) read.
They also requested a waiver off the user charge as they are a zero-waste society and does not rely on the civic body for segregation, collection and processing of waste.
"The EV discount has not been given to any user so far, since the number of applications are negligible," Nilesh Deshmukh, head of the PCMC tax department, said.
On the user charges, he said, it is for the health department to decide.
